CHEMICAL BOLTS TUBES M12

DESCRIPTION OF CHEMICAL BOLTS CUP M12:

M12 capsule chemical bolts are quick-setting chemical parts to attach M12x160 threaded rods to concrete to form M12x160 chemical bolts.

APPLICATIONS OF M12 COUPLING CHEMICAL BOLTS:

Structural steel anchors (e.g. racks, guard rails, fences and gates)
Anchoring in industries (e.g. machinery, elevators, cranes and industrial equipment)
Anchoring applications requiring dynamic loads or earthquake resistance
Securing items along the road and in the tunnel (e.g. impact and noise barriers, overhead catenary systems)
Anchoring at the edge of the slab or on narrow supports (e.g. beams, balconies)
 

ADVANTAGES OF M12 COUPLING CHEMICAL BOLTS:

Faster setting time than epoxy-based bottle chemicals using a pump gun (About 30 minutes compared to 8 hours)
Stable construction is easier than with epoxy-based bottled chemicals using a pump gun because a capsule is fixed to a threaded rod and there is no need to worry about pumping enough chemicals.
However, we must also mention the disadvantages that are more expensive and not as flexible as using pump-gun chemicals.
 

CONSTRUCTION OPERATION FOR M12 CUP-UP CHEMICAL BOLTS:

Step 1: Drill a 14mm hole, 110mm deep in the concrete
Step 2: Use a brush and dust blower to clean the bore
Step 3: place the M12 capsule chemical into the drill hole
Step 4: Install the threaded rod into the drilling machine through a tool called the setting tool and then drill the threaded rod to break the sleeve
Step 5: Wait for the capsule chemical to set and then install the load. Normally, the setting time to reach maximum strength is 30-40 minutes

Cutting force: 20KN corresponding to a weight of 2 tons
