Electronic height gauge 570-312 taken at Mitutoyo.VN
Mitutoyo 570-312 electronic height ruler has a measuring range of 0 - 300mm / 0 - 12in measuring two metric and inch systems, display: 0.01mm / 0.0005in, accuracy: ±0.03mm / ±0.0015in. Ruler weight: 4.6kg
The vertical 1-axis construction ensures accurate measurements with the innovative column design (35×15 mm). Better readability with high contrast LCD display and 10mm character height.
Built-in ABSOLUTE function, so there is no need to set the original data every time the power is turned on. Allows integration into statistical process control systems and measurement systems for models with measurement data export ports.
Note when using the height gauge
- Electronic altimeter should be stored in a dry place, away from moisture and high humidity, regularly checked for accurate calibration.
- The height gauge is used only on suitable granite reference plane. Do not use the height ruler on rough, inclined surfaces that do not guarantee flatness. Do not hold the rod of the ruler as this may affect the accuracy of the ruler.
- Do not leave the electronic gauge with other repair - processing tools to avoid damage due to collision. When using a tall ruler, you should be gentle to avoid the tip of the gauge hitting the part to be measured, do not use the handle in positions such as the vertical axis of the ruler.
- Always keep the ruler free from dirt, dust, and workpiece mites on the base and vertical shaft surface. After use, the measuring rod must be cleaned with RP7 solution.
- When not in use, press the On/Off button to turn off the power, cover the ruler with a protective bag for storage. When the screen dims with the letter B flashing, the battery is almost dead and you must replace the battery for the ruler.
