Hilti HVU2 M27x240 capsule chemical is a quick-setting chemical to attach M27x340 threaded rods to concrete to form M27x340 chemical bolts.

Faster setting time than epoxy-based bottle chemicals using a pump gun (About 30 minutes compared to 8 hours)
Stable construction is easier than with epoxy-based bottled chemicals using a pump gun because a capsule is fixed to a threaded rod and there is no need to worry about pumping enough chemicals.

CHEMICAL CONSTRUCTION OPERATION FOR HILTI HVU2 M27X240 CUP TUBE
Step 1: Drill a 32mm hole, 240mm deep in the concrete

Step 4: Install the threaded rod into the drilling machine through a tool called the setting tool and then drill the threaded rod to break the sleeve
Step 5: Wait for the capsule chemical to set and then install the load. Normally, the setting time to reach maximum strength is 30-40 minutes
