DESCRIPTION OF CHEMICAL BOLT M18x220 GRADE 5.8:

M18x220 chemical bolts, grade 5.8, consist of 2 main parts

The M18x220 bolt part includes a 18mm diameter bolt body, 220m long + 1 ecu + 1 flat black washer, black warping washer can be added upon request. The bolt body usually has a hexagonal head, the other end is cut into a V shape and has a notch in the middle. Electrolytic galvanized bolts have a durability level of 5.8
Chemical section. You can use chemicals in bottle form using a pump gun or chemicals in M18 capsules (Or M20 capsules)

CONSTRUCTION OPERATION OF CHEMICAL BOLT M18x220 GRADE 5.8:

Step 1: Drill a 20mm hole, 150mm deep in the concrete
Step 2: Use a brush and dust blower to clean the bore
Step 3: Pump chemicals into the borehole (If the chemical is in bottle form, use a pump gun) or place the capsule into the borehole (if the chemical is in capsule form)
Step 4: Insert the threaded rod into the drill hole so that the chemical flows out to the mouth (If the chemical is in bottle form, use a pump gun) or drill the threaded rod to break the capsule (If using chemicals in capsule form. The threaded rod is connected to the drill via a connection tool and drilled to break the capsule)
Step 5: Wait for the chemical to set and then install the load. Normally, if you use capsule chemicals, the time for the chemicals to set to maximum load is 30-45 minutes. If you use epoxy chemicals in bottle form using a pump gun, the average time to reach maximum load is 8 hours.

The above parameters are recommended when used with C20/25 basic concrete
